What is a pre-order?
Drop 01 is available as a pre-order, meaning items are not shipped immediately after purchase. Please allow 4–5 weeks after the drop closes for your order to be processed and shipped.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 week of arriving at our warehouse and shipped within 2–5 business days thereafter.
When will i recieve my order?
Orders are processed as fast as possible after recieved to warehouse. thereafter expect 2-5 days of shipping.

Can i get a refund?
Due to the drop following a pre-order princip, means all orders are final and therefore cannot be refunded after order is processed.
How do i know my order is confirmed?
After order is placed, you'll recieve an order confirmation via email shortly after your order. If any errors may occur, check spam mail or contact us via the contact formula.
Can i change my order after it's placed?
Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.
